Exactly what I thought I was buying. The photo size etc, perfect for what I was looking for.

The finish is not to standard for the price paid, damage irregular finish is all over. Generally it’s not too hard to put together, but you need two people when putting the lid on. I don’t recommend this product at this price the manufacturer should be removed T&W.

I put this on my front verandah and packed away all the unsightly shoes! It’s a game changer!

I bought this a year ago. I thought it was perfect as an outdoor seat while hiding gardening essentials and looking much better than a big metal or plastic box. But it does not hold up to use externally - as advertised. I opened it recently and the lid came away from the base as the timber is rotting and weak. Generally looking shabby now. Very, very disappointing.

I was actually quite disappointed by this product. I don't mind putting things together and have done quite a few from another shop. This one was difiicult as the holes in some places were either too big for the screw or too close to another screw. Also, I have no idea how to attach the springs - they require such a strong force to hold them down that it's impossible to fit it onto the lid and base. Also, the instructions are obviously written by someone whose first language is not English.

Love the look and height and pillow but I couldn’t align the lid to base - only 3 of the hinges could align so it’s unstable
