This does its job and looks ok. I was desperate for storage for my shoes and size wise is perfect. The instructions were not particularly clear, especially as the parts are not numbered and it makes it much more complicated than it needs to be. Materials are very flimsy and some of the parts did not line up so well. Looks good from a distance. Up close looks cheap. Probably took a couple of hours to put together. You pay for what you get rings true with this.

It was a difficult to setup as instructions where unclear. It would have been easier if they we numbered especially for people like me who is not a handyman. I probably won't purchase another item like this as i had to find someone to put it together for me even though i am happy with the final product it was too difficult and cost me extra to find someone to setup. Item is very flimsy. Wood is fairly soft and can break when assembling. Instructions are atrocious for setting up but if you’ve got time to work it out then it comes together pretty nicely. It is spacious and seems sturdy once all together. Recommend leaving a shelf out for boots as the space between shelves is only enough for a sneaker. Looks like the photo and looks good in our room. The soft close is a nice touch.

If you are considering spending your money on this unit - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Since arriving in Sydney I have bought a lot of flat pack furniture, and this is by far the worst piece of furniture I have bought. I read the reviews before buying the unit and thought that me and two friends would be able to put it together. As per other reviews, the pieces do not fit together, are incredibly flimsy and poorly made. Absolutely awful.

The assembly instructions for this cabinet are inadequately illustrated and lack clarity. The illustrations of the components don't even match what is provided. Where is this panel in the photo illustrated? Despite my extensive experience in constructing flat-pack furniture and my professional background as an art educator, I found these instructions particularly challenging to follow, especially when compared to those of a major competitor. The instructions require a thorough review to improve their comprehensibility. Furthermore, not all necessary tools are provided. While an Allen key is included, the absence of a Phillips head screwdriver is a significant oversight, as some screws necessitate this tool. Fortunately, I had one on hand. In addition, the materials used in this cabinet are flimsy and of inferior quality, rendering it poor value for money.

Sooooo many bits and pieces to assemble, but once done it's a great item

The height for each rack is fixed and cannot even accommodate a hi-top sneaker or basic flat boot. Probable fine if you only own thongs, kids shoes and low rise flat shoes. The construction is also really flimsy and a door already needs to be held up as you open it to stop it falling off its hinges. Also beware: it stains super easily on top. If a wet water bottle sits on it for any length of time, prepare to have a permanent water stain there for months to come.
