Pierre 3 Drawer Computer Desk

It is what it is for the price. It looks good, it’s a good size, I bought it without doing any research as needed to set up a home office quickly - I’ve used it for about 2 months now on a daily basis and it’s stood up to the test of time so far; however, it’s not going to be one of those pieces you keep forever. It’s not bad to put together, but takes a few hours and the only issue I found is that you need to screw screws through predrilled holes into non-predrilled boards and if you’re like me and like to have your screws tight, you the softness of the mdf/chipboard or whatever is is will let you hand screw the screw right through the board, so learned after about my 3rd screw to do about 5 or so turns and if the screw wasn’t loose then that was good enough. I’m 6ft and use it comfortably, have 2 monitors and 2 laptops on the main desk part and hasn’t caused me any issues. Also noting it doesn’t mark easily, but it does mark, but again, for the price, can’t complain.

Great design. Drawers are a little clunky; pricing dictates the quality, so can’t really complain. We ordered two and located on opposing walls (the storage cabinets meet together). It work well like this.

Great work awesome

At first this desk looked great and was ideal for the space. However, not even after a year and the desk significantly bowed despite there being little weight on top (a laptop) and the surface has bubbled and it is almost as if parts of the colour have been ripped away - baffling as there has been no moisture on the desk or anything to damage it in such a way. I am glad I am reviewing this now rather than soon after first purchased so that others can be aware of the issues that may present with this desk after a short amount of time. As I said, looks great after assembling, but time (and not much of it at that) is not a friend to this desk.

Love my desk- was going for a different one at the start due to price, wasn’t too bad putting together but I wish the instructions worked bit by bit instead of at the start telling you everywhere to put some the screws and dowel as I didn’t have a big enough area to pull every part out and then realised I missed some dowel.

Looks great and love the design, only issue is the material isn’t very durable so it stained when I put a drink on it (now I cover it with a coaster). Also the desk height is a bit higher than I’d recommend - if you’re short you’ll be reaching your arms upwards.

It is chipboard, but you get what you pay for. It is good for young families but do not expect it to last long.

Wow! This desk configuration is fantastic. Very flexible, small footprint, yet plenty of storage and desktop work area. Exceeded my expectations.

The desk looks great overall, however the material quality isn’t the best. Unfortunately, a few screws were missing, and even after carefully following the instructions step by step, some parts didn’t fit together properly.

I bought this desk about a year ago and am very disappointed with its quality. The particleboard is poor, and even gentle cleaning causes damage. When I wipe it with a slightly damp microfibre cloth and then dry it, bubbles appear on the surface as if air is trapped underneath. The colour also looks as though it’s rubbing off, even though the cloth is only lightly damp. As a student, I keep just a few books on the section with drawers (nowhere near overloaded) yet it’s already sagging. Considering the desk wasn’t cheap, the overall build and finish are sadly far below expectations. It clearly won’t last much longer and we’ll soon need to replace it :(

Great desk but very very hard to put together. Lots & Lots of pieces. Wouldn't buy it again. Rather a much simpler install.

Great sturdy, took time to put together

When I put the desk together, one of the main pieces (the top) was chipped on two corners. I was hesitant about buying furniture online, and this experience has unfortunately reinforced that.

Love the desk. Looks decent and fits well. It took 2 people and power tools to get it built in 4 hours. would not recommend doing it alone or with screwdrivers alone as there are a lot of screws.

Great desk, very solid. It did take all day for my partner to put together as instructions are quite hard to follow and every single thing had to be put together (ie draws). Very happy with my new desk and fits well in our small space.
