Product had to be assembled (not my issue) but the side pieces left a gap so seed falls through (which attracts birds and pests) Piece of metal chickens stand on to open feeder is powder coated and angled towards the ground making it slippery and hard for chickens to stand on. I’ve tried adjusting it but feeder also sometimes stays open after chicken gets off the opening plate. Bought this to replace an old feeder but might just stick with the old one. On the plus side it’s a lovely colour. Not happy with the product at all.

Easy to put together. Only problem is the step the chicken stand on is to slippery for their claws. So we glued som old fabric onto it so the chickens can use it without slipping off. |
