Instructions are hopeless, and the wall plugs provided were cheap and nasty, just get better ones from local store. For the price I'd also expect better quality on the arms (one light had o-rings, but these were missing in the other). The lights themselves look lovely though, I'm pleased with them overall.

I have been searching for a bedside light for about 3 years, one on a wall bracket that gave us enough clearance to be able to read by and not get in the way of things on the bedside table. This fitting and shade seemed to fit what I was after, As the story goes, not too small, not too big, but just right and this light shade determined which one we chose. As of yet we haven't installed the lights as we have to change a few light switches to a better location, but once that is done and lights installed, then I'm happy to show how it looks. The reason for the 4 stars is because we haven't installed it yet.

The lighting itself is really well constructed and heavy duty for what it looks in images. Since T&W only had one item in stock I ordered, I also went on live chat to ask if I could find out about any change of mind returns, I was told they don’t resell returns (fair enough) so asked for supplier details to purchase a second light, they were very helpful. I was disappointed on receipt. The item had many scratches on the framework of upper and lower shade. Not sure if this is a packing issue to be addressed by the supplier? A few dimples here and there in the shade but nothing too noticeable. Temple and Webster staff were very helpful with arranging a satisfactory outcome, offering a partial refund, which they emailed me about on the Friday. I hadn’t gotten back to them by Monday morning and had a missed call from one of their team members to resolve my complaint. I could not ask for “BETTER” customer service from the team. They are the middle people among many suppliers and goods being received by customers! Thanks for the awesome service!
