I received this product swiftly and it has just been installed . It is in chrome and looks amazing in our new bathroom. It is operated by plugging in and the on switch is very accessible from the bottom of the rail. Looks Fabulous and great quality

Perfect size for our ensuite

Although I didn't measure it before purchasing, I found that the product is a bit narrower than what I was expecting. Nevertheless, the product itself is of great quality and looks excellent in my bathroom. The large towels dry, and overall, the product performs its intended function well. If you're looking for a high-quality heated towel rail that looks great and serves its purpose, I would definitely recommend this one
