Orion Foldable Bamboo Study Desk

Pros: It is very flexible as I no longer need to have the power board on the floor. It has also got provision for a few books on the bottom shelf. If and when I don't need it I can turn it into a TV stand for my 42" LCD TV. I mainly liked it because of it's compact size. Even with its limited size I have room for a 24" monitor, a Macbook Pro, an Apple Mac mini, two iPads, Bose headphones, a mini trash bin and my glass of scotch whisky! Cons: It's very light and may convey the feeling it is flimsy but so far nothing has come crashing down. It may look like expensive teak in the picture but it is bamboo at the end of the day. Not suitable if you plan to spread half a dozen books but it is ideal if space is limited.

Very good for the price. Part of a star dropped for very basic assembly instructions. There are photos of how it should look after each step, but no diagrams to indicate placement of pieces in the process. Another part dropped because one hole needed a bit more drilling to get a screw into it, and two others had apparently been over-drilled as the screws went in easily but didn't get to a point where they stopped turning.

Relatively easy to put together and it suits our purpose.

The desk is great, but the assembly instructions are ridiculously inadequate.

In terms of quality and value for money and space saving ideas for a desk this is 10/10. Easy to put together and folds down effortlessly. I’ve put a little box on top of the back panel on mine for a second screen and it works perfectly. Love the lower shelf too.

Just tye right size foe the area I have for a small desk.
