I’m happy with the shoe cabinet overall. It looks just like the images and, considering the sale price, I think it’s reasonably priced and good value. My main disappointment was that the cabinet didn’t come with any instructions, and when I contacted them, I was told the instructions would be sent via email. Unfortunately, they never arrived, which was frustrating when trying to assemble the cabinet. Overall, I’m happy with the product itself, but the customer service and lack of instructions could definitely be improved.

Item was true to size and colour as advertised. Don’t recall seeing in the catalogue that it was a flat pack. Lucky hubby is very handy with furniture construction as diagrams were very basic. Once assembled, item was pleasant to look at - but probably wouldn’t take too much heavy handling. A note to prospective buyers - this unit would not be great for larger than average shoe size or high boots. And bulky heavy shoes best kept to bottom shelf. Liked the drop down drawers at the top. Overall happy with purchase. And very happy with T& W after sales support 👍

Looks just like the photo and is good value for money. Unfortunately, one of the knobs was missing from the package. The instructions were also a little difficult to follow, but managed to put it together in the end. I'm happy with how it looks.

Poor quality - it feels like they got it from other. It's not the level of quality I expected from Temple and Webster. The instructions were very small, and were not easy to follow (i.e., there are screws of the same length, but with a different screw head that was hard to identify. The top laminate is already starting to splinter and come away from the board.

This is a lovely cabinet however the “drawers” are not drawers in the traditional sense, but rather long horizontal cabinets. This is not how the product was advertised. I ordered a product with drawers for a purpose and it is not what was received.
