This is suited for my purposes. The only pain with it, is you can only set hourly alarms. If you want to set an alarm for 7:15 am, you have to guess as close as you can to get the one alarm hand in the right spot. Better to set it a little bit earlier to make sure. Also, if you don't want the alarm also going off at 7:15pm you need to actually turn the alarm off each day, and remember to turn it back on before going to sleep. but hey.. they are just first world problems, and the whole reason I bought this was to prevent me having to have my phone in my room overnight. which because of this purchase I don't need to do anymore, so that problem has been solved.
