The chair is comfortable and study. The wheels became weak after some time, but may have been due to daily use and uneven flooring.

Faulty product, it gave me the handle but both were for the right hand side of the chair so it’s practically means I can’t assemble it. What an anti climax I was looking forward to using this now I am super disappointed.

The assembly was relatively easy and could be done in 15 to 20 minutes. My only take on the assembly is the pictures on the instruction sheet was rather faint. The quality of the chair is good, sturdy and firm. Happy with my purchase.

Easy to assemble, looks great. Very comfortable to sit on, lumbar support is fantastic and quality is better than expected.

It's good, but the back lumbar protrudes too much and starts to hurt the back after a while. It needs more vertical configuration in the lumbar support, and when you shift it up it eventually shifts back down.

Very comfortable especially when working long hours, was easy to put together, taking bout 30min, breathable back mesh is excellent. Adjustable arms are really ergonomic and combined with the range in the gas lift adjustment and the head rest, you could not be more supported. Go for it.

This chair actually exceeded my expectations for the price. Its comfortable, relatively easy to assemble and it was delivered sooner than predicted.

Product is very uncomfortable and is very noisy even with tightening all components it is unstable.

This chair is ok but the lower back rest is problematic and not very comfortable. Screws sticking out which hurts my back and requires manual re-screwing. A quality control or design issue. Requested a replacement and same issue occurred only this time the entire backrest was not secured to the chair. Apart from this issue all other aspects of the chair are good.

For the price it is a surprisingly comfortable chair. The lumbar support and headrest are adjustable which is an added bonus.

This chair is so uncomfortable! It's already having issues after just 2 months of use and just generally feels like concrete :(

The quality of the chair is really good and it's every comfortable for all day sitting. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the headrest does not fit and cannot be installed.

Wheels stopped turning freely after minimal use on all three of these chairs purchased. Disappointing.

I managed to put it together myself but I think it's a two man job. Let's hope it now stands the test of time.

Chair is great value for money, built very sturdy, but is a bit of a pain assembling for 1 person.

Easy to set up, comfortable chair with a nice back rest. The only bummer is the head rest which doesn’t sit well for a tall person.
