this item suits my needs: retractable arm rests, backward tilt movement when relaxing in rest position, and best of all is the total back massage using a usb connection. Great Value for money and is perfect for office use.

Very comfortable, massage your back with a low and high setting. Value for money.

The on and off buttons are opposite to the actual function - as in the button that is supposed to turn it off turns it on when you press it. all the little pieces that cover the screws pop out constantly and everytime i vacuum i have to collect them all and put them back in place. also squeaky. Update - The on/off button has fallen off

Exactly as pictured. Only problem is that it is difficult to adjust the tilt of the seat and not possible to adjust the angle of the back. I bought two chairs for my daughter's, one of them loves hers and the other is not so happy (but a bit more adjustment should help). For the price these are excellent

My son was specifically after a black and white chair to complete his gaming setup. The foam is comfortable, gas lift and tilt mechanisms work fine, and the arms can fold up so the chair can be pushed in the whole way against the desk. Looks great and my son is really happy with it.

Chair is comfortable, assembly was ok, little tricky to get dome if the screws in. Back of the chair looks taller in the photo. But good for the price.
