Purchased Feb 2024. It's now only November 2024 and it's already a squeaking faulty mess. I paid hundreds of dollars for a product which didn't last 1 year despite it being used as designed. I feel I have been ripped off and I cannot recommend this brand, or any brand originating from that manufacturer. |

Pretty comfortable and was easy to put together minus some misaligned holes. Nice and sturdy though so have hope that it will last. Also the suede it NICE! |

This chair has really good back and neck support to help with posture. It's a fairly bigger chair than most so keep that in mind. I would prefer if the sides weren't as arched since it's not compatible with most seat covers or massage seats. The assembly was very easy to understand. The customisable aspects of the armrests don't work as well as you'd like for a decently expensive chair which was the only downfall for me.
