The company is always great to order from - never had a bad experience. The chair was easy to assemble, and exactly as pictured. But, I bought it to use as an office chair and it's unbelievably uncomfortable. The seat is pretty small, and rock hard. Absolutely do not recommend if you're planning to use it to sit on for any more than a meditation session.
