Excellent couch. Looks great and is comfortable. Allow 1 day for backrest to fully inflate and you're good to go.

Disappointing that the back falls down when you sit against it, so needs to be propped against a wall to be functional but at least the dog likes it.

The backrest is extremely unstable and collapses as soon as you lean against it. For an armchair, the backrest is expected to be fixed and secure. In addition, there are visible stains on the surface that appear to be coffee marks from prior use.

I absolutely love this chair. Once I unboxed it, I used my small handheld steamer to remove the creases. You could easily use an iron to steam. It’s super comfortable and looks so great in my little studio apartment. It’s light so I can move it easily from one spot to another. It’s going to be my favourite spot for afternoon reading and chilling in comfort and style. Couldn’t be more perfect!

Got 2 for my kids and I use them all the time. Looks incredible and comfy too.

So disappointed. While these look great, unless they are placed against a wall or similar stable backing, they are functionally useless. The back quickly compresses and you recline backwards to a flat position. The first purchase I regret from T&W.
