Always follow care instructions on the label of your rug; rotate your rug every 3-6 months to reduce uneven wear & tear; lightly vacuum once or twice a week using the lightest possible setting; avoid powerful vacuums that may pull fibres loose from the base of the rug; vacuum the base of your rug occasionally; blot spills with a paper towel or colourless cloth; do not wipe or scrub & spot clean with a small amount of gentle detergent & warm water

Package was received well ahead of time! Unfortunately it has marks on it that look like stains (just the way its made, changes colour when rug turned around. I have worked with T&W in the past on issues and they've been amazing. I have no reason to believe they wont resolve this for me very quickly.
