Was a little difficult building on my own, mainly because you need to balance and hold up certain pieces while trying to screw another piece into it etc. The product does the job well, my shoes are soze US Women's 6.5-7 and it holds 4.5pairs on each shelf. Size 9 and up, it will only hold 4 pairs max. Lightweight and easy to move around house. Was a little worrying moving it from one place to new place whole in one piece tho.
