The table is compact and sturdy. No issues with the mechanisms. Easy to extend with two wooden pieces underneath that slide to hold the flap up. It does risk staining kind of easily. |

This is a perfect fit in our small one bedroom tiny home. Folded down it's just enough for the two if us, but it opens when we have need of more room for a guest or some space to work. The finish is very natural looking and matches our existing chairs perfectly. Assembly was very easy. |

Easy to assemble. I was a little worried the surface might be too 'vinylish', but it's actually lovely. Perfect for my mums kitchen now she's downsized. Will allow her to entertain, yet still have a small table day to day.

We don't have a lot of space and this table is just perfect! It sits nicely in the room as is and the expandable option is great for if we need more space. Feels solid and sturdy and i like the rounded corners making it less likely to bump into it when walking past. Paired this with the green Phoenix chairs and Glamorous Fusion faux flowers also from Temple and Webster and it all matches really well.
