About the Manufacturer
In 2002, Jason Stoter was studying abroad at the Universidad de Guadalajara in Mexico. During this time Jason stumbled across an entrepreneur selling hammocks on the West Coast of Mexico. It was love at first sight with the hammocks and Jason proceeded to strike a deal and purchase his first hammock. After his studies, he sourced hammocks from several villages in the Yucatan peninsula that had been weaving hammocks for generations. This was the beginning of Hammock Village. The next few years experienced tremendous growth as the outdoor living market continued to boom. And as a result of the year over year growth, an inspiring change was made and Hammock Village now calls itself Vivere Ltd. Vivere Ltd. will continue to offer the same quality and service that one could expect from Hammock Village, but they will go beyond hammocks and begin introducing other inspiring lines for outdoor living. Beautiful hammock, looks stunning against garden backdrop. Isn't super roomy - looks a bit wider than it actually feels when you're in it. I needed to shorten it by twisting the ropes around stand three times because it's very long. |

This hammock is not an authentic Brazilian made. It's titled Brazillian Style which I overlooked when purchasing it. For the price I was expecting a better quality. I know because I did own the original Brazillian hammock it was copied from and it's not even close in quality. |

Gorgeous super boho butvtonlong for my wooden hammock stand unfortunately. Make sure u measure would be perfect to attach to brickwalls but too lomg for hammock stands. Bummer cause i love it |

Love this hammock! Looks gorgeous on my hammock stand! the Crochet looks devine dropping down. I had previously had a completely woven one with wood on the edges - love the fact that I can wash this one properly when needed. But still make my little relaxation nook look cozy and inviting. Love!
