Great little desk

Sturdy desk that looks great. Perfect size and easy to assemble.

It was hard finding a computer desk with a keyboard tray, this was the perfect length and a bit deeper than I was after, but there wasn't any other decent alternatives so I grabbed it. I didn't want White and chose the alternative brown colour which I'm absolutely thrilled with, it's very attractive and has character and won't show the dust so much. I carefully put it together myself, it took quite a few hours but I went slow and steady, the instructions were very precise and all of the parts were numbered or lettered. I had to improvise to create the second person to support the construction. The draw doesn't roll out or in well as mentioned in a previous comment, it seems like it bumps in and out and you have to lift the drawer to help it along. I had friends look at it today and it's sitting properly in place so there's something wrong there with the runners and also the draw doesn't sit flush with the face of the unit. The desk is worth 5 stars but the drawer issue is annoying. I haven't made any mistakes, the holes are already predrilled so you'd have to be a real idiot to make a mistake with putting it together. All that aside, the delivery was quick and the delivery guy was really friendly and happy. Besides that T & W sent me notice that my delivery was coming that day and sent me a map to watch the truck's progress during the morning on its way toward my location. That was exceptional. I was on my driveway as he pulled into the drive. Value for money - it's sturdy, it's attractive and it's functional, I love almost all of it except for the drawer - otherwise it would have got 5 stars. The price was good too, I bought it on Special, it's just what I needed for the limited space I have. It's big enough to have my laser printer and monitor on it with plenty of room to spare. Easy to put together, although 2 steps tell you You need an assistant. (You do) love the desk, its exactly as i hoped.

Great desk. Was expecting it to be smooth white, but it has a distinctive wood grain finish. Very solid build. fits our study nook perfectly.

I love this desk, it goes perfect with the style of my house and the size is exactly what I needed for my working station. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars, is because of the side drawer, which gets a bit stuck when opening & closing it.

Great quality A few steps to assemble

We purchased this desk in white to match up with the Nancy bookcase in the same order. It was quite easy for me to assemble and looks fine BUT unfortunately it is very easy to mark/scratch so we've ended up purchasing a large sized pad to lay across the top of the desk area and sit the computer and printer on. I also didn't install the middle shelf under the drawer so as to fit the hard drive component. Unfortunately we still haven't been able to line up the doors on the matching bookcase and contacted T&W more than a week ago and to date haven't had any response. If we could go back in time we'd probably pay more to get a better quality product.

Looks great. Quality is as good as any preassembled furniture and is complemented by matching cupboard book cases. We have purchased 12 T&W items now and have been delighted with them. The service from T&W has been flawless. Highly recommended.
