This is a beautiful chair, very stylish and gives a sense of luxury. Unfortunately, the legs were different lengths! I was sent a replacement chair and again the legs were different lengths. If it wasn't for this issue, I would give 5 stars. The issue was reported and I was satisfied with the resolution, so 5 stars for responsive and thorough customer service.

Excellent feature chair for my library

Beautiful quality, however one of the legs doesn't sit exactly flush with the ground so there is a slight wobble when sitting on it. Apart from that we absolutely love it!

Strong chairs good

just assembled the chair- it's missing a screw and one leg is over 1 cm short. It can't be used because of the missing screw and the package is too big to send bag- what a waste of money. You would think the sellers on this website have the products of their vendors quality checked. Very very disappointed

Very happy with our new boucle chair. It has elevated our loungeroom and is very comfortable. It has officially become my tv chair!

They look great and reasonably comfortable but some imperfections and faults in the fabric and one chair seems to have uneven legs. But they look so nice and can't be bothered returning for things are not too noticeable as they're mostly for decoration.

beautiful chair, adds texture

These are beautiful chairs and arrived much faster than expected. They have a great retro look and the velvet is high quality. I didn't realise from the picture the legs were a brass colour as they looked like wood in the photo but they are a great weight and a little glamorous. I purchased these to stage my current house for sale and now very much looking forward to using in my eventual new house! NB They are quite high and deeo to sit on if you have short legs so you may need a footstool.
