It is what it it is for a cheap chair. There were folds/creases on the seat, they may flatten out not sure. But it's just not straight and the backseat part of very flimsy. There's quite a gap between where the backrest attaches to the cushion seat. It's definitely off centre. I don't see this lasting long. It's worth spending more to get better quality. The back of the chair is just a black plasiticky material. The white bits on the armrests are just zipped on covers with no padding. They look awful. I have spent 1000's and 1000's with Tempe & Webster and this is the worst product I have recieved. It feels cheap, it is cheap and this is not long lasting. One star for fast delivery and it's cheap.

The tan faux leather with gold hardware looks expensive and fantastic in my space, comfortable and adjustable for working from home - love it!
