The product itself looks ok and seems to be decent quality, this will be tested over time in our bathroom. There is one issue the instructions are generic for all similar shelves and very simplistic. As per your advertising picture you have the mounts, in my opinion in the wrong place screwed into the wall (too close to the corner). Why leave something like this to guesswork by the customer? Give detailed instructions of where to place the mounts with a template with corner and hole locations. |
