Rock hard, not med-firm as described. Can't use without a plush topper. After a week of expanding it hasn't taken proper shape, sloping saggy corners. With mattresses you definitely get what you pay for, don't be lured by a low price tag. Will be replacing this one

Good price on sale. However it’s very firm which is good for partner disturbance but will require a topper for comfort. We also note that this is smaller than our previous king size mattress in length and width by several cm.

Extremely dissatisfied with this mattress. I can feel all the coils in my back. Rock hard when it’s advertised as medium. I feel like I’m sleeping on a plank of wood to be honest. Sorry but that’s the truth. Buyer be aware!
