Very pleased with this rug! Although it is not the 4cm pile advertised, it is 1.5cm, It has a dense pile with lush luxurious feel that all the family love. We're not disappointed. Very happy. Definitely one of the higher quality rugs available in comparison to some store rugs. I definitely recommend this product.
