This item leaks so badly that it flooded my bathroom. I purchased two of them, and unfortunately, both have exactly the same problem. This appears to be a serious design or quality-control issue, especially since I can see from other reviews that I am not the only customer experiencing major leaks. In my opinion, this product should no longer be sold until the leaking issue is resolved, as it has the potential to cause significant water damage.

This was my first purchase from T&W. Within 1 month the pipe started leaking. The T&W support were kind enough to replace it for me. But the replacement ran for 3 months before it started leaking too. For the price or for any price I advice Buyers beware.
