I loved the chair and the comfort it gives when working. The only concern was the instructions provided in the manual which were not that great and took a while to figure out how to assemble. Overall chair was good.

Mesh is a bit rough feeling. Ergonomics not as comfortable or effective as hoped. The plastic looks like a very very strong bakelite plastic which looks to be indestructible so that's a plus. I'd probably upgrade this with the roller blade wheels for smoother roll. Chair doesn't adjust as much as I'd hoped. If cheaper would be better.

I'd actually score this at 4.5. Everything's perfect except the seat re/incline doesn't sit up as straight as I do, so I have to use a back support to wedge the gap. Otherwise, great quality product. Better than the stuff you'd get from another competitor at this price point. Would buy from T&W again!

Started Great (had it for over a year now). very quickly (3-6 months in) the edges of the mesh started to fray which has damaged any real resell or longevity of the chair which is unfortunate for a $400+ Chair. Quality could be better for the price. Im also a shorter guy and the base plastic does dig into the back of my knees a little. I dont have the same issue with my work office Ergohuman. If i were to buy again i would pay the extra for the Ergohuman mesh as the quality is much higher.

Incredibly comfortable and easy to build. the quality is very solid and I cannot say much is wrong with the chair. HOWEVER, if you're tall the support won't be ideal and the headrest does not rest properly. despite this, it is a very good chair

The "true" rating would be 4.5, which sadly can't be selected. The chair is almost perfect. But when wearing short shorts (e.g., a skirt), the net feels uncomfortable and also (temporarily) creates a pattern on the skin. But otherwise that's not a problem (and does look nice).

Very comfortable and sturdy chair, especially for its price. A great option if you are on a bit of a budget. The only complaint I have would be that the back tilt option only has two possible settings however, that does not bother me as both settings are quite comfortable.
