I loved the chair and the comfort it gives when working. The only concern was the instructions provided in the manual which were not that great and took a while to figure out how to assemble. Overall chair was good.

I'd actually score this at 4.5. Everything's perfect except the seat re/incline doesn't sit up as straight as I do, so I have to use a back support to wedge the gap. Otherwise, great quality product. Better than the stuff you'd get from another competitor at this price point. Would buy from T&W again! |
