Low and firm is very different to what was low and firm twenty years ago. Am looking for a low and medium-to- firm, similar to one I bought years ago but is falling apart now. Everything they call 'low' now is what I'd call 'medium' and everything they call medium or firm now is what I'd call soft or soft-to-medium. I'd call this pillow a medium height and medium firm. I'm giving it 4 stars as it is reasonable comfortable though not as comfortable as the one I'm trying to replace.
