Its not bad for the price point. Delivery was quick and it was very easy to assemble. However despite the 150kg rating the seat width is quite tight and a little uncomfortable, and when unlocking to lean back it feels quite unstable. The locking mechanism for the leg raise is easy to open but tricky to put back and requires quite a bit of force. When upright the rocking motion is pleasant, as is the massage and heat, though a bit noisy. The controller cord could also do with being longer as it doesn't extend up to eye level when sitting. The fabric is nice and the colour is as displayed.

Nice comfy chair, and the heat and vibration function is very nice. The only issue I have is that the side lever for lifting the leg rest is quite hard to use ( if you're elderly like me), and it’s a little difficult to get out and close the leg rest; it’s quite stiff. So it’s probably not particularly suited for an elderly person.
