I have waited nearly two years to review this chair as I wanted to see how it stood up to daily use. Firstly, it is a very comfortable chair and has mostly coped with daily use extremely well. The only problem we have had is that the arms tend to become loose and wobbly from time to time and have to be tightened. Other than that the wheels have been great (unlike a lot of office chairs!) and there has been no wear on the material.

i bought 2 of these chairs for my home office. After 1 year the gas lift stopped working and it now slowly goes down as you sit on it. One of the wheels on the 2nd chair as also broken off. Not the quality i expected it to be

The chain construction is a bit flimsy but overall not bad. The under seat foot rest is loose and not as useable. The cushions could be thicker to provide a more comfortable. After a while the hand rests start to get lose and will need to be tightened again. After a year of use, i'm tightening the hand rests every 2-3 days now.
