My wife and I really enjoyed putting this bed together for our son. It came in a very compact flat pack form which I appreciate the delivery person bringing up to our apartment as its quite heavy. The initial impression is very good as there's a sense of weightiness and quality about the wood materials used. We appreciate it much more so than the typical from other competitor product which seems to be made from much cheaper and more fragile compressed wood chip material. The building materials are all nicely labelled and packed together in a logical format. Meaning that they are logically numbered according to the order of constructing them. I find that very impressive. There were times when we brought in our son to help build the bed as a family activity. It was meaningful. Until we decided that we can do it ourselves when he's making mistakes which we had to undo. The instructions are definitely clear and it is definitely worth it to pay attention to details when building the bed. One can easily derail your own efforts by either not following the steps properly or by accidentally reversing the nut/bolt thingy. Luckily any mistakes we made are reversible and we finally made the bed in 3hrs. It was a relatively enjoyable activity to do with my wife. In fact she enjoys this very much as it's like a giant Lego building activity. The end result is a wonderful bed and our son loves it! Enough storage for him to keep his room tidy and to give it his own character. |

My son has had this bed for 4 years now. Slightly tricky to assemble. Slight disappointment for me that drawers are not the full length of bed. Son loves the bed though, lots of spots for toys/books to sit |

Upgraded our toddler from a cot to this single bed and she loves it! The shelving is cute and the under storage is handy. The drawers don't go deep and there is a gap under the shelves- so there is a bit of dead space under there that could of been utilised somehow. It was easy to assemble by myself with just a philips head screwdriver. And it is very solid, which also means heavy, but seems good quality wood. The slats screw in too so mattress feels well supported and sturdy. Only suggestion would be to include handles for the drawers or cut out a slot because there is nowhere to grab to pull them open. They do sit a bit higher on carpet so we can grab the lip, but I plan to attach my own handles too. We will most likely buy another one for our son in a couple years to match!

Great kids bed. Took a few hours to put together and some parts you need to have a partner to help hold it for you. Looks lovely once built. The drawers underneath have wheels and they roll along the floor (ie. They're not on runners), so may not be able to hold heavy items. Very happy with the purchase overall. |

We recently purchased this bed for my pre-teen son as he wanted a bedhead with storage and his bedside table was not enough. We bought the bed frame and mattress package and he loves it! It was straightforward to assemble, the instructions were clear and it only required one person to do. It looks great, very clean and tidy and my son says it is very comfortable. Now his younger sister wants on as well!! Would definitely recommend this bed. |

Our daughter loves this bed. She has a very small bedroom so the shelves and drawers underneath the bed are ideal. Took a little bit of time to put together but not overly complicated.

My daughter LOVES her new bed! The design is very appealing and incorporates lots of extra storage. It took hubby, (who is a carpenter) and myself approx. 2.5 hours to assemble it, using an impact driver and other additional tools (even though the instructions advised against it). If you had to use only a screwdriver to assemble this bed as per the instructions, you would still be working on it now, that is, if your arms hadn't given up. We found that some of the pre-drilled holes didn't quite accommodate some of the fixings, and in some cases we even had to drill our own holes. The instructions were reasonably clear, but this would be a very difficult task for someone to undertake on their own or if they were elderly or not overly mobile or experienced with something like this. In light of this, I give it 4 stars overall. |
