I like everything about this except that it does not give you the option to leave the clock face display on, it automatically switches itself off and you either have to touch it or clap your hands to bring it back to life. I gather that allows the battery to last a lot longer but I really wanted this to stay illuminated so I can glance at it any time of the day or night to check the time. No where in the ad listing or the instructions does it say that this is not possible. It just defaults to blank screen.

Fantastic alarm clock, minimalist display that is aesthetic and performs alarm clock functions excellently. Love the variable light dimming from Bright, Normal, Dim, Super Dim and how the clock remembers which setting it has been placed on, it will darken fully and will brighten to the previous level for around 6 seconds when lightly touched (great for checking the time during the night).
