Bought two for twin grandchildren they love them. They are tall and both say the chairs are super comfortable.

Don't waste your money! I got it as the arms are removable and I like to sit cross-legged. BUT the wing bits on the side are hard, and if I use a cushion I can't get the back high enough. I am very short, so a tall person will not be comfortable. I was so excited for this chair and had to wait weeks, but it turned out to be disappointing.

Easy to assemble, works well as a kids chair. We do not have it plugged in for the massage function though because if the kids forget they can get a bit tangled in the cord. Otherwise happy with what we got considering the price.

This chair simply wasn't for me, as the neck feature made for discomfort whether you had it on or off the chair. It made quite a lot of noise as well, which made streaming online difficult. Otherwise, the other features worked nicely

Broke so quickly. Havent even had it 6 months and the side has broken and is falling off. Flimsy and not that comfortable. Not worth the money, just buy a regular chair or get one off facebook market place.
