Product Description stated no assembly. On requiring before purchase, was told that WAS the case. Received unassembled in a box. Contact made although most kind and offer of help to assemble which was not the right time for me, failure to see the point of false advertising. I paid $30 more than a competitor on the assumption it was truly assembled. Very disappointed and just hope all parts are truly there if I can get it altogether. Not happy they would not at least offer partial, not whole, refund for the incovenience. Won't get caught by TW again.
