One chair was broken (wood crossing the back was split at the screw). Temple and Webster promptly sent me a replacement. They are good value and suit my purpose but they aren't top quality. |

I got these chairs from Temple and Webster. I was very happy with the product. It came as described. I ordered 4 chairs and 2 came slightly damaged. I called them up and they replaced it promptly. Overall I am very happy with their service. |

These are great chairs but we have had 1 where the wood came away from the part that criss crosses after we had only had the chairs a short time. So a bit disappointed with the quality. |
