Karsten Executive Chair with Footrest

Not going to lie, ordering this chair was a little nerve-racking due to its negative reviews. I bought an expensive, more well-reviewed chair just weeks prior from T&W, but all I can say is that this is so much more comfortable, especially for someone like me who works from home full-time. I genuinely highly recommend this chair to anyone. Also, a very special shout-out to Helen, who has been an amazing support throughout the whole process. Helen, thank you. You are a superstar 😊

This chair is a actually an Alfordson brand, which is not what is listed on the product page. I have had poor experiences with this brand in the past, and would not have purchased it at all if the brand had correctly been displayed. The seat post in my opinion is set too far back on the seat base, which may allow for extra stress on the weld on the plate that connects the post to the seat, which is very similar to the last Alfordson chair I had, which had that socket weld crack. This won't affect lighter or shorter people so I have not dropped the stars down too low. It is not an uncomfortable chair so far.

Chair was easy to assemble and comfortable to sit on.

The chair is very flimsy and does not provide any back support. If you have hard wood floors, I do not recommend this product as it slides all over the place, due to the light weight of the chair. The foot rest is not worth to buy as it only extends a short distance meaning most of your legs will hang off.

Happy with this office chair. It did require assembly but it wasn't hard
