This mattress is great when you first get it. It is medium firm and comfortable. The weight specified for optimal use seems ok, but as time goes by, the mattress sinks quite quickly. 6 months post purchase it has a couple of areas that are now a bit lower. than the rest of the mattress.

I purchased this matress knowing it was on the cheaper side and I’d purchased a slightly more expensive one before from temple and Webster which was just fine so I assumed the same for this ! But I ended up having to purchase a good quality soft matress topper for this just to get a good nights sleep, there’s almost no padding, you can feel your bones on top of the springs , I urge you to spend just a little more on one of the other matresses on temple and Webster!

I am VERY particular about mattresses, so bought this with some trepidation. I have been surprised! The mattress is in the second bedroom, for visitors. It has an inner spring which I wondered - "how does that work boxed up?" My recommendation is that this mattress is only for those who like a FIRM mattress - which I do. I slept on it one night just to experience it. And I thought it was great. I had a good night's sleep - and I struggle for a good night's sleep. For the price, I think it's great value. And it was boxed well. I would suggest you put a soft overlay on top of the mattress. I didn't need it, but some might. (In the image, the bed is just protected, not made - yet - so apologies, looking for the right quilt/doona . My cat, Dora, is very happy though, and appreciates the attention.)

I'm very disappointed with the quality of this mattress.It has no firmness , whatsoever and every spring is felt. I have just had to purchase a topper.Hoping it will fix the problem. I have never bought such a bad quality product from you.

I purchased this mattress at the start of February and honestly I need to put in a complaint about the quality because I feel like it actually has no cushioning and really shouldn't even be allowed to be sold. I recently purchased a second hand one off marketplace instead because I was getting terrible neck, shoulder and back pain and you can actually feel the springs digging into your whole body and I only weigh 56kg.. There's no padding between the springs and the material.
