I bought this chair a while ago but didn't want to review it until I had more time sitting in it. The delivery was quick which T&W always are, it arrived well packed with no structural or cosmetic damages. The chair itself is made from top quality metal and fabric. Alot better than most gaming chairs on the market. I had trouble with the dial to wind the lumber in and out as it was wobbly after 3 weeks of use. However, discovering it could be tightened by a screw hidden under a plastic screw cover within the dial fixed the problem. Sadly, I found the seat to be far too firm which was no good for someone like me with lower lumber/pelvis Issues. I did not return it as the chair is in working order. So, now I will have to sell it as it is not suitable for someone with injuries like me. I do recommend this chair if you are young, strong and healthy.
