It looks different to the website. It's laminated 'chip board' and I expected Solid Oak Panels. It's thick, but it will warp with humidity, stain on the surface. The assembly (pre drills) is ONLY suited for left side (front facing sofa's) as pictured. So don't expect that you can position this table on 'right side' of sofa. Which I wanted. For $ including delivery, to serve an urgent purpose, it's worth buying.

Very nice. The top and bottom were thicker than I thought they would be. I plan to attach cat scratching material to the side to try and deter my cat from scratching the couch
