I have to mention this review even though I am anticipating that temple and Webster will exchange this item. I received this beanbag with the internal lining as well as the cover screws all missing the pull parts and the zippers being inoperable- I am amazed how this can filter through a production and packing process to reach a customer- and that too for something at this price ! Pls improve your quality control T&W
