Mine has never looked this tidy. This is complete false advertising. My husband or I are always shoving things into the shelves so they are off the floor. The things... JUST STAY THERE. There is no metamorphisis into aesthetic books. Complete BS - they should say you have to DIY a charm for tidiness. You get what you pay for, I suupose.
