Arrived really quickly and love the finished product, very good for lounging in. Haven’t tested it as a bed yet but it does feel firm so I’ll probably need a cushion layer as other reviews suggested. I will say attaching the backrest to the body is very confusing from the instructions, but I got there with perseverance. Also didn’t realise the back of the backrest is a black fabric, not the cream and there’s a small gap between the back rest and the rest of the chair when it’s in bed mode.

I liked this - the look - but it is on the hard side. Its an emergency back up bed for us. To turn it into a bed you need a good mattress topper.

Purchased this Sofa Bed as I needed an extra bed for guests over Christmas and didn’t have space for a full length bed. You will definitely need an additional foam mattress on top of this to sleep on otherwise it’s too hard. I purchased a 15mm foam mattress cut to size which has worked out perfectly.
