It's a good quality product and a beautiful light. However, I did ask the assistant if the light rotates side to side as well as up and down, she said yes - but it doesn't. She also said that it will require an electrician to install, and that was wrong also, it has a cord and plug - as illustrated. But hey, the service was prompt and we can make do with the light as is, happy enough.
