- Care Instructions: Before first use, wash the pan in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth/brush & do not use harsh scourers; for routine cleaning: after cooking, do not put cold water in hot pan & just wait until cool, remove all food & fat residue using hot soapy water & nylon cloth/brush; heat tint or streak marks can be caused by excessive high heat so do not use excessive high heat; to remove streak marks, mix 2 table spoons of bi-carb soda with water to create a paste then apply the paste with a soft cloth in circular motion, then rinse off as normal

Use it almost daily, high quality and way to clean. Don’t put it in the dishwasher as the studs securing the handle will discolour and look a little sad. |

It is as described. Made in China. Has the 3 sizes built in to fit 3 different sized saucepans. I had to buy a new saucepan as my saucepans all had built in pourers & the steam leaked out from side through the pourer gap. |
