Great no-stick pot for cooking lots of things- a good volume for making multiple serves for freezing of soups. Woll describe them as 'lite' which is slightly misrepresenting the range; I have the beginnings of arthritis in my hands and wrists, so have to be careful. These pots are heavier in comparison to my old stainless steel pots but not as heavy as my mum's saucepans from the 1970s, so just got to get used to best way to hold pot for draining or pouring when dealing with a big volume of hot contents- a teatowel on my sink drainer to rest and tilt pot from, and storage container in my sink to catch contents when I tilted the pot did the trick. However, the smooth non-stick/non-catch surface is fantastic- no more burnt onions on the bottom, even my tuna mornay did not catch and bake on the milk and cheese like in every other pot I have ever made that meal in! Love it! This out weighs the heavier than expected aspect of this pot for me.
