Have this chair now for years. I’m tall and have a slipped disk in lower back and this chair has been great for support!

The chair was easy and simple to install and follow. It is fairly comfortable and sturdy. Quality is good but the sole of my chair has an indent from the foam/chair pad (so not really happy with that considering I paid over $250).

Fantastic chair, I bought this for my teen son and asked him what he thinks of it 6 months later... "I really can't fault anything about it, it's great".

Middle part of the chair dropped quite significantly and caught against the floor.

We put this together recently after having it sitting in a box in storage for a year. Unfortunately the lift up gas strut is not working and it is at a level which puts me too low for my desk. Super disappointing given the cost. This is a reminder to people to not buy in advance of needing it because it may be faulty

Very comfortable ergonomic chair. Would like it to be able to raise a little higher than it does and the wheels are quite stiff, so it does take a little effort to maneuver it around. Overall though a good quality chair.

Was good enough but no proper back support, the mechanism to go up and down broke pretty quickly and then the bolts on the bottom started to fall out. Buying a new chair barely 2 years later. Wouldn’t recommend.

Overall really comfortable chair. It’s pretty heavy, and the wheels don’t seem like they’re quite sturdy enough. I’ve got a mat on carpet, but it struggled so much I put some ply wood between the mat and the carpet. Only other feedback is that the back depth is not adjustable, but that’s probably a more expensive model. Overall really happy
