Holly Rattan Platform Bed with Underbed Drawers

Really happy with the bed. Easy enough to assemble. Suits us as it's for my 6 year old but if it was for an adult, the headboard is quiet low profile. Also a little bit of pressure on the draws being pulled out on carpet. I think I will reinforce the front panel of the draws to make 'child proof' as they can be a bit rough. Wooden and ratten good quality for the price

Absolutely love this bed frame, it’s classy and fits a lovely warm vibe for the rest of the bedroom. The pull out drawers are spacious and work so well on the carpet.

Good value bed - fiance and I have been using it for 3 months now and haven't had any issues. The pull out drawers are a little difficult on carpet but we don't open them often.

My daughter chose this for her new bedroom, and she absolutely loves the bedframe as the centrepiece. Matching bedside tables and lamps plus soft furnishings has created her ideal sanctuary.

Looks great and is practical with the drawers. Take into account the opening of the drawers when measuring for room placement. Only negative is the slats might not be the most durable, especially with heavy weight, but we’ll see over time

We bought this for our spare room. Good quality bed, looks great. Instructions are a little incorrect (i.e. naming of parts), but relatively easy to put together anyway. Would have been nice if the headboard were a little taller to see the rattan. But regardless, very happy with the purchase.

It’s gorgeous! Bit of a mission to put together, however with some help from someone that’s put flat packs together before it took about an hour and some rubber under the skates to stop them making noise but all n all i absolutely love it. super cute and fresh vibes.

Bed is really sturdy and looks great. It takes quite a bit of construction- we purchased two for our home - each took about 4 hours to put together. The bed head is low and with pillows can't be seen, however the beds look good and good value fore money.

There is a bit to the assembly, and make sure you follow the instructions carefully as some of the fittings are easily mixed up ( I had to do some undoing and re-doing). But in the end it is a decent bed for a fair price.

So lovely, and perfect for the space I bought it for. As for the service and delivery - cannot be faulted. I live in regional SA and it arrived a week ahead of schedule!

Looks good, but questionable instructions. The numbers on the parts didn’t match the instruction book. You get what you pay for. Also worth noting that the drawers are on wheels and not a traditional drawer runner. This makes it difficult to use them on thicker carpets.

I regret buying this product. Assembly takes an unreasonable amount of time, the manual is poorly designed, and there are many very similar screws with little guidance on which to use. I accidentally used the wrong screws on the frame, which caused visible damage on both sides. The frame does not feel like a solid piece of timber; instead, it’s made of multiple sections joined together with around 12 screws, which reduces overall sturdiness. The corners near the foot of the bed are extremely sharp and have already cut my skin several times. The bed is not sturdy and noticeably bends when you try to move it. On the positive side, it does look nice once assembled. However, the drawers slide directly on the floor, making them difficult to use on carpet. This is visible in the product photos, so it may be acceptable on hard flooring but not on carpet.

Purchased this queen size bed base in August, I was told delivery would be approx. 12 days later it came about a 6 days later which was terrific. I was a little dubious about putting it together as everywhere on the packaging and instructions it said 2 people required or advised, but it was great, instructions were clear and well explained couldn't have been easier. I managed by myself. Only advice I would offer is build it where you want it. (Very heavy to move by oneself.) Only complaint would be some kind of direction to which box held the magic instructions, always in the last box. Otherwise very happy with my purchase it looks like it's picture, the measurements are spot on and looks great. VERY HAPPY THANKYOU.
