The chair was purchased based on the product photos and unfortunately does not match the item advertised. The back support is rigid and sits horizontally, rather than being angled as depicted in the photos. As a result, I find the chair very uncomfortable and the overall quality disappointing. It feels like a cheaply manufactured product that does not offer good value for money. I will definitely not be a returning customer with Temple & Webster.

The chair is smaller than expected but looks high quality and is sturdy. However, the seat is firmer than expected and gives me significant lower back pain after an hour. I suspect we will have to replace it as it is not fit for purpose.

Seat is fine but 2 months after I got it the piston started to fail so the seat is constantly lowering when you sit on it and won't stay at the height it's placed. Stitching was also not great and started to fall apart a couple of weeks after getting it. Overall quality is mid
