Bought this for my son (at his request). Heaps more comfortable for him than his old mattress

It is an average mattress but price wise good. Only issue we had is when we open and live it for 24hr before use, unfortunately edges(sides) wasn’t lift up but in middle part does so visible slope around the edges.

Very comfy mattress, little softer than I was hoping for but still very comfortable. For the price of the mattress you cannot fault the quality of this product. Would recommend if you prefer a softer mattress.

NOT as described. Nice enough mattress HOWEVER the site guide rated this mattress as a Med/Firm. There is NOTHING firm about this mattress. After opening the box and leaving it to reinflate for 3 three days, it was finally put on my existing bed base and dressed ready for use. After sitting on my new bed, it almost dissolved underneath me, it was so soft. My husband then tried his side, and found the same. Not even close to med/firm, it would barely rate medium. Otherwise, the mattress is everything it said it would be, fast delivery etc. Just VERY disappointed with T&W’s description and the reality of my purchase that can not be returned.
