While the backrest and lumbar support are very good, the seat is very hard and uncomfortable. So much so that I will need to use additional cushioning for long hours in front of the computer. The distance between the armrests is also quite narrow but this is not much of a problem.

The chair is of poor quality. The foam on the arm rests have already become flat and the chair makes a creaking sound when reclining or pushing back. Overall very poor quality product and over priced.
